I think that a large percentage of cases of Leaky gut/ Ibd etc. can be tested and maybe solved by stopping completely Wheat/grains and Gluten. In 2-3 month one will be able to see if his condition is improving.I didn't have gut problems, but stopping to eat wheat/grains caused a nose allergy to vanish after 20 years I had it. I am sure it is because permeability problem of the intestine that was caused by the Gluten.
