While California is burning, Europe enjoyed late indian summer, Japan has been under never ending rain. Just now it's battered by a heavy rain from a huge typhoon finally passing over the archipelago. When this ends, sometimes late Monday or Tuesday, the ground will lift up after all that water flows back into the ocean and this is exactly when big quakes occur. So stay ready!
